Attic Conversion
Lettered Street attic conversion created 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom in this 100+ year old home. We opened up two small rooms on the first floor to create an open dormered stair case and adjacent den/t.v area off the living room. Lots of natural wood finishes warm the space.
